DO YOU CATER FOR FOOD PREFERENCES? 

Yes, we cater for vegetarian and gluten-free diets. We do not provide substitutions for food allergies. Please let your guide know about any allergies while at the tour so she/he can notify you which food(s) to avoid.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the tour. We do not accept cancellations by phone, they must be in writing for our mutual records. However, no refunds are granted for cancellations within 24 hours from tour start time as your space is guaranteed at the tour.


DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE TOURS?

Yes, we conduct private tours with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 125 people divided among several guides. To request a private tour, please fill out the form ( here ).


I AM BRINGING A CHILD

Children not eating can attend free of charge. You are welcome to bring a baby stroller.


DO YOU SEND PARKING INSTRUCTIONS?

Yes, once you purchase your ticket, an automated email will be sent to your email account with parking information.


IS THERE ENOUGH FOOD ON THE TOURS?

Absolutely! As we always say, “this is a food tour, we like to feed people!” Plenty of food is served at either the lunch or dinner tours.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit cards. All tours must be prepaid.


HOW LONG ARE THE TOURS?

All of our tours are between two and three hours depending on the type of tour and the size of the group.


HOW MUCH WALKING IS INVOLVED?

We walk about half a mile at all of our tours. We make plenty of resting stops in between. We walk at a moderate pace.


ARE THE TOURS WHEELCHAIR AND BABY STROLLER ACCESSIBLE? 

Yes.


LUGGAGE STORAGE 

As our tours are walking tours, we do not have a place to store luggage. In Miami Beach there is a place that will keep your bags for a small fee:
