Do you cater for food restrictions ?

We fully cater for vegetarians and/or non-beef, non-chicken, non-pork or non-fish diets. People that require a gluten or dairy free diet will have to pass on some of the tastings. We are not able to cater for celiac diets because we do not directly control food preparation in the kitchens and cross contamination can happen.

We do not cater for food allergies.

What is your cancellation policy?

We know plans change, you can re-schedule anytime up to two hours prior to the tour. No refunds are granted for no shows.

Because we purchase all the food and make reservations at each restaurant two hours prior to the tour, we need to have the final people count by then. If you call to cancel within two hours prior to your tour start time, please note that restaurants charge our account at that time so we are not able to re-schedule you.

If you need to cancel a tour and ask for your money back, first think about this. When you purchase tickets on our website we guarantee your space, this mean that we do not sell your space to someone else so if we do not have enough time to re-sell the ticket is a loss for our team. We are reasonable, we do not want to be like those big tour companies that don’t even answer the phone and have a strict policy of no money back, but please also be considerate. We will refund your ticket if the reason that you are canceling is out of your control but when you cancel last minute, we are not able to refund the ticket as we don’t have enough time to re sell them.

I am bringing luggage, where do I store it?

As our tours are walking tours, we do not have a place to store luggage. In Miami Beach there is a place that will keep your bags for a small fee:

If I am bringing an infant or a very young child, do I need to purchase a ticket for them?

Children not eating can attend free of charge. You are welcome to bring a baby stroller.

Is there parking near the tour meeting point?

Yes, once you purchase your ticket, an automated email will be sent to your email account with parking information.

Is there enough food served on the tours?

Absolutely! As we always say, “this is a food tour, we like to feed people!” Plenty of food is served at either the lunch or dinner tours.

What type of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards. All tours must be prepaid.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes, we conduct private tours with a minimum of 6 people or equivalent ticket price.

Do you offer customized private tours?

Yes, we will be happy to arrange a customized private tour for your group.

How long are the tours?

All of our tours are between two and three hours depending on the type of tour and the size of the group.

How much walking is involved?

We walk about a mile at all of our tours. We make plenty of resting stops in between. We walk at a moderate pace.

Are the tours wheelchair and baby stroller accessible?

Yes. All tours must follow a schedule with the venues we visit, please have this in consideration when booking.

What are the meeting points for the different tours?

What languages are available for the tours?

Tours are conducted in English although some tour guides speak Spanish.

Does the tour end at the same place we meet?

All tours end a few blocks from the meeting point.

Do we only walk around and sample food?

No. Our tours also cover history, architecture, art and local culture.
