Yes, once you fill out the contact form, we will send you a proposal with the details of the tour you selected.

Reservation Policy:

• To reserve a tour date and time, a $100 deposit is required. Deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
• Remaining payment is due three business days prior to the tour date.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation must be made in writing by email and be acknowledged by Miami Culinary Tours.

• If you cancel up to 15 days or more prior to your reserved tour date, you will not be charged the remaining balance.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your reserved tour date, the remaining amount will be due.
• No refunds are granted for no shows.

A minimum of 10 people or equivalent ticket price is required for private tours, and a maximum of 150 people can be accommodated *depending on availability*. If you do not meet the minimum number for team building in Miami, you can always sign up for our public Miami walking food tours.

We host up to 25 people per tour guide. For larger groups, we can run multiple groups of 25 people at the same time.

All of our tours involve walking. Your group will meet our tour guide(s) at a designated meeting location, and from there, we will walk to all the nearby restaurants and points of interest within the neighborhood.

If you are looking for transportation services to get to the meeting point and back, we will be happy to recommend a local transportation company that we have been working with for over a decade.

We tour rain or shine! Please have your group bring umbrellas or ponchos if it is forecast to rain. Tour guides carry a few emergency ponchos. 

In the rare event that we must cancel the tour due to a tropical storm or severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary preferences on our private tours. Our team will coordinate with you to receive them prior to the tour so that everything is already ordered when your group arrives at each location.
