The restaurant offers guests to try everything from their classic dry martini to all the fruity flavored vodka spins. Their famous Lychee Martini is a refreshing, sweet and fruity vodka martini with floral notes from tropical lychees. Balan’s Lychee Martini is complimentary at their bar from 5-8 p.m. every Thursday for Ladies Night. In addition to these martinis, Balan’s also offers an Oaxaca Espresso Martini ($17.95) prepared with Amaras Espadin Mezcal, fresh coffee & kahlua. Balan's Oaxaca Espresso Martini is sure to turn any coffee hater into a believer! If sweet martini is more your style, you can’t go wrong with their famous Pornstar Martini ($15.95) prepared with Absolut vanilla vodka, fresh passionfruit, served with a shot of brut.
