Available beginning Friday, February 11 through Monday, February 14 during dinner service, the Valentine’s Day Truffle Dinner is priced at $99 per couple and will begin with a first-course selection between Truffle Burrata or Fiocchi with black truffle cream. The decadent main course features a choice of Truffle Mushroom Pizza, Truffle Honey Glazed Salmon, and Homemade Ravioli with black truffle and porcini mushroom. The evening will finish on a sweet note with Vanilla Truffle Honey Crème Brûlée for dessert. Wine and cocktail pairing will be available for $25 per person.
