This five-course tasting menu will feature Fiola's legendary house-made pastas using seasonal ingredients; and, in the true fashion of Omakase, will be based on chef’s choice.

Starting Friday, June 17th, SUGARCANE Raw Bar Grill is introducing a selection of iconic dishes from their acclaimed sister restaurant in London, Duck & Waffle. This marks the first time the Midtown eatery tweaks its classic menu since before the pandemic. New offerings include Corn Ribs made with spicy sticky sauce; BBQ-Spiced Crispy Pig Ears; Crispy Polenta made with truffle mayonnaise; and Puy Lentils made with spinach, sweet onion, organic yogurt, miso, and nasturtiums. Plus, SUGARCANE is also rolling out new Happy Hour times taking place Monday - Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
