Desserts At The Water Club In North Miami Beach

I love restaurants with water view because they make me realize how much Miami has grown on me - and how much now I love living here. The Water Club is huge, so big that you would need a map to get back to your table after a couple of cocktails. The water view is spectacular, few I convinced my husband to go have a couple of desserts on a Wednesday night, and if you have read my posts before, you know my husband does not enjoy as much as I do to go out to restaurants but I do not care because I surround myself with friends of my own kind, they are always up to some bites somewhere at any time. But this time, I think he was in the mood for something sweet and we head up north.

Key Lime Pie

I am seriously delirious about good Key Lime Pie. This one was good; sweet, tart, creamy, with a crunch at the end and that is how a Key Lime Pie should be. I do not care for fruits with my key lime pie, I think it tries to steal the show from the dish plus the cream you see on top, that was unnecessary (in my opinion).

Homemade Chocolate Pudding Icebox Cake

This very big piece of chocolate cake came with toasted meringue & dark chocolate ganache. It was good but nothing I will return for really. There are some desserts that will stick in my mind for months, even if I have to drive an hour to get it, I would but this one is not the one.
