Continuing their specialty monthly menu series, Villa Azur releases its May menu featuring an All From Florida ingredients.
Priced at $80, the three course meal includes Florida Key Shrimp with corn puree, radish, and pickled cucumber from Belle Glade; Tomato Tart with cherry tomatoes from Bonita Springs, crispy brick, burratina from Ft. Lauderdale, Chantilly, and basil coulis; Roasted Grouper with sautéed and caramelized sprouts from Miami¸ crispy kale from Port Lucie and orange dressing from Belle Glade, and a Guava and Citrus Tart using fruits from Homestead and Belle Glade.
