Revamped Menus by Villa Azur and Brasserie Azur

We’re excited to announce various new reasons to revisit Villa Azur and Brasserie Azur as each venue's chefs have conceptualized revamped menus to impress their guests’ palates and deliver an all-around memorable experience.

Holding on to their highly acclaimed signature dishes, Villa Azur’s Executive Chef Erwin Mallet introduces a number of dishes that speak to his approach of using Italian accents, the freshest ingredients and flavors combined with an international and contemporary twist from South Beach, which includes appetizing starters of Salmon “Brioche” with natural salmon and smoked tartarem cucumber, radish mayonnaise, lime and friend buns ($15), Red Bell Pepper & Ricotta grilled and served with basil dressing and eggplant caviar ($12), Roasted Date with manchego cheese, Bayonne prosciutto, manchego cream and homey ($14), Tuna Carpaccio with grade A tuna, garbanzo beans, orange dressing and micro arugula ($17), Artichoke Croquettes with baby artichokes, feta cheese, lemon and tomato dressing ($15), Seafood Salad with little neck clams, mussel, fave beens puree, extra virgin olive oil, garlic flower and chorizo iberico ($17), Pata Negra 2oz with iberico pata negra 5 jotas, garlic bread and vrushed tomato and basil ($32), and savory entrees including Lobster Spaghetti with gragnano spaghetti, half lobster and jumbo green asparagus lobster bisque ($32), Artichokes Gnocchi homemade with potato gnocchi, crispy artichokes, garlic chips and parsley ($28), Snapper featuring a whole roasted snapper seasoned with lemon, thyme, crispy parsley and roasted tomatos ($38), Jumbo Prawn pan seared and served with tomato persillade and grilled vegetables ($25), Scallops pan seared served with chorizo crust, sautéed zucchini and mussels ($41), Roasted Chicken with fingerling potatoes, thyme, rosemary, garlic and chicken sauce ($26), Colorado Lamb Chop with apricot sauce, mashed French peas and mint, and almonds ($30), 10 Hours Shorts Ribs slowly cooked with Coca Cola sauce and parsnip cream, served with sweet mashed potato ($29), and Iberico Pork Slider with crispy basil, homemade brioche, tomato and sweet potato fries ($28).

Executive Chef Oscar Garcia uses flavors of the South of France combined with an international and contemporary American twist to deliver Brasserie Azur’s new indulgent plates including Chorizo Pizetta with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese ($13), Salmon Tartare with tomatoes, lemon dressing, shallots, scallions, mustard seeds, and dill whipped cream ($15), Chicken Fingers Bucket served with three sauces ($14), Cobb Salad with avocado, tomato, bacon, eggs, blue cheese and ranch dressing ($15) and the Caprese Salad with fresh mozzarella cheese, tomato, pesto sauce and balsamic vinegar ($13) and entrees like the Grilled Mahi-Mahi Burger served in a homemade brioche bun with pink sauce, crispy onions, lettuce and tomato and fries ($17), Veggie Burger with tomato, eggplant, zucchini, Portobello mushrooms, red pepper and mozzarella cheese, and fries ($13), Short Ribs Burger topped with BBW sauce and coleslaw and served with sweet potato fries ($19), Grilled Lamb Chops served with potato gratin ($34), Grilled Salmon served with sautéed spinach ($22), Diavola Shrimp Pasta with linguini pasta, fresh tomato, pepper flakes and white wine sauce ($19), and Sicilian Pesto Pasta with linguini pasta and pesto sauce ($16).
