More About TUR Kitchen

TUR Kitchen in Coral Gables is a chic, sleek contemporary Mediterranean restaurant as dedicated to honoring the flavors, techniques and rich cultural histories of that region as it is to smart, sustainability-minded sourcing. Here, Chef Christian Chirino has crafted a menu as technically precise and thoughtfully-conceived as it is adventurous and delicious. Chef starts with vibrant, fresh flora and fauna almost exclusively from the state of Florida, with partners including Swank Farm, Gratitude Garden Farm and Bluehouse Salmon, among others. Chef then takes these products, combined with flavors and textures from across the Mediterranean, employs classic and modern technique to render a menu that is both fresh, surprising yet familiar.
