Kendall’s go-to for premium quality steaks and seafood, will offer a locally-inspired Creekstone Farms Black Angus Burger loaded with sharp cheddar, lettuce, and tomato on an egg bun ($11). Guests can also add crispy bacon for $1 more. The sandwich will be served during Saturday lunch and Devon’s daily happy hour from 4 to 7 PM as a slider ($7).
The acclaimed modern American steakhouse at the iconic Trump National Doral will offer a month-long Burger Board with seven exclusive sandwiches crafted by renowned Chef de Cuisine Dustin Ward. Priced from $16-21, all burgers will be served with a side of BLT’s signature fries and will feature specialties including The Albatross – grilled filet loaded with ham, smoked bacon, buratta, fried egg, salsa golf on toasted ciabatta; The Eagle – burger blend topped with white cheddar, poached lobster, and drizzled with truffle buttermilk dressing; and the Mulligan – grilled salmon burger with avocado, apple, and pickled red onion, and saffron roullie.
BLT Prime serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily; open for breakfast 6 AM to 10 AM; lunch 11:30 AM to 3 PM. A limited afternoon menu is served 3 PM to 5:30 PM; dinner 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
The independently-owned neighborhood bookshop’s full-service restaurant, The Café, will celebrate the month with Longhorn Beef Sliders ($11) topped with cheddar cheese and Hot & Sassy pickles. James Beard Award-winning Chef Allen Susser oversees the menu brimming with farm-fresh ingredients all touched by his masterly but unfussy style. The Café at Books & Books is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Sunday through Thursday from 9 AM to 11 PM; Friday through Saturday from 9 AM to Midnight with extended hours on show nights.

· May 22nd – 28th: Pork Belly Burger ($13), packed with pickled jalapeno and sweet baby bell peppers, arugula, citrus coleslaw, and a fried egg.
· May 29th – 31st: Salmon Burger ($14), topped with heirloom tomato, watercress, grilled feta, drizzled with caper aioli and served with house fries.
Earning rave reviews, the sexy steakhouse from seasoned restaurateur David Tornek and acclaimed chef/co-owner Sean Brasel, will offer an exclusive Durham Ranch Bison Burger ($19) at its flagship location in Miami. The bison patty is loaded with roasted hatch Anaheim chilies, barbecue aioli, fontanel cheese, crispy fried onions and smashed avocado. The burger will be available all month long during lunch only, from Noon to 4 PM.
