Miami’s premier waterfront dining destination, The Rusty Pelican, is partnering with Davidoff Cigars to host an extravagant Cigar Dinner on Thursday, October 7, 2021. The culinary experience, a must for cigar connoisseurs and single malt afficionados, is priced at $350 per person and showcases the cuisine of Executive Chef Jimmy Pastor with an indulgent 3-course menu. Each course is accompanied by a pour of The Macallan paired with Davidoff Cigars. Dinner will take place outdoors on the restaurant’s terrace where cigars can be enjoyed outside with waterfront views.
The evening will begin with The Macallan 12-year Double Cask welcome cocktail served with passed bites such as Beet Causa with crab meat, Huancaina sauce and avocado aioli. Tasting menu highlights include a Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with parmesan truffle cream, fresh dates, roasted pine nuts, crispy capers and arugula, paired with The Macallan State and a Davidoff Grand Cru Robusto cigar. Beef Tenderloin with blue cheese cream, wild berries chutney and crispy onions, served with The Macallan Sir Peter Blake and a Davidoff Millennium Robusto cigar. To finish the evening on a sweet note, guests can indulge in La Tierra del Chocolate made with chocolate mousse and ‘dirt’, crispy quinoa, potato chips and confit strawberries, paired with The Macallan 15-year Barrel Age and a Davidoff Escurio Grand Perf Cigar.
