Shelborne South Beach, located in Miami Beach, will kick off Miami Spice with its modern American fare menu comprised of chicken, beef and fish entrees, along with a selection of pass arounds and desserts, specially created by Executive Chef Frank Ferreiro of Vesper American Brasserie. This menu will only be available the first week of Miami Spice as the menu changes weekly. Miami Spice offers a three-course lunch portion for $23 and a dinner portion for $39.
