Altamare, which has drawn raves for its seafood focused, fresh and local menu selections served in a warm and inviting setting, is announcing the launch of an exciting dinner series organized by executive chef Simon Stojanovic and sommelier Tomaso Galdi. The first of many delectable multi-course dinners, Altamare will host a Farm-to-Table Dinner on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 7 p.m., with an exciting menu featuring fresh ingredients from some of chef Stojanovic’s favorite regional growers, paired with award-winning wines selected by Galdi. The five-course dinner menu with paired wines, priced at $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, follows:
