On Saturday, April 16, the Cellar●bration – Good Food and Award-winning Wines, presented by Cypress Hill Financial, features award-winning wines from the festival’s Best in Glass Wine Challenge; a multi-course dinner showcasing culinary creations by chefs Antonio Bachour of Solea, David Bracha of River Oyster Bar, Alex Feher of InterContinental Miami, Richard Hales of Sakaya Kitchen, Alejandro Piñero of Sustain, and Tom Rhyneer of Miami Culinary Institute; after-dinner drinks by Glenfiddich; exclusive auction lots; and dancing to live entertainment by quintessential jazz vocalist Kevin Mahogany. Dinner will be served family-style.
Recipes include: mixed hors d’oeuvres by Alex Feher of the InterContinental Miami; two appetizers, crab and brown rice stir fry by David Bracha of River Oyster Bar, and Korean beef short rib by Richard Hales of Sakaya; two main courses, seared duck breast with sautéed boniato gnocchi by Alejandro Piñero of Sustain and candy apple salmon by Tom Rhyneer of Miami Culinary Institute; dessert will be chocolate sabotage by Antonio Bachur of Solea.,
A champagne cocktail reception and silent auction begin at 6:30 pm; dinner begins at 7:30 pm. Tickets are $300 per person and $3,000 per table of 10. Cellar●bration also takes place at the InterContinental Miami, 100 Chopin Plaza, Miami.
