Miami’s Freshest Cold-Pressed Juice Brand Brings Holistic Health Expert
Jugofresh is excited to welcome Anahearta Yoga and Integrative Nutrition figurehead Rachel Novetsky to the team as a resident health expert to train staff and educate clients. Along with ongoing education regarding cleanses and ingredients, Rachel will be working with the founders in creating new cleanses and researching progressive ingredient options.
Similar to founders Matthew Sherman and Chef Darren Laszlo, Rachel’s expertise comes from traveling all over the world- from Tel-Aviv to London, studying and observing and advocating only the best selves we can be. Rachel’s passion infuses a balance of yoga instruction and holistic health coaching, basing her work off the spiritual practice of Ahimsa- a Buddhist practice of non-violence to oneself and others. Her passion bleeds through her work, and after receiving her holistic health certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Rachel created i heart health: a personalized health and life-coaching program.
Now, based in Miami, Rachel has expanded her expertise to the jugofresh domain, where she will act as the resident staff educator, teaching the staff more on the impact of specific ingredients, and training them to better understand the culinary, organic, fresh to death menu that jugofresh has to offer. “Rachel and I have been friends for years and I’ve been looking for the right way to work with her. As we grow, I can’t focus the same attention I have on the past to educating our customers and staff, and I couldn’t think of a better person to fill those shoes.” Said Sherman.
Two years ago, with the opening of the flagship Sunset Harbour location, jugofresh solidified themselves as leaders in the fresh, clean, organic food movement in Miami. The brand has grown in leaps and bounds since Matthew Sherman and Chef Darren Laszlo started making the juices themselves in a test kitchen for a small group of devoted fans. With growing demand and buzz over the culinary flavor combinations and innovative jugofresh spaces, adding Rachel to the jugo team continues to keep jugofresh on top as the go-to spot for better food options and better living. “My background is the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, but more than that degree is my passion for feeling good,” said Rachel. “This is where I fit into the jugofresh brand: making the ‘why we eat things’ simple and clear.”
Studies prove: Purer nutrients equal better-performing people, and the jugofresh team is dedicated to using their nutritional experience and culinary backgrounds to provide Miami with the freshest, yummiest choices for juices, cleanses, life-enhancement shots and vegan foods. The jugo way: no shortcuts, all fun, open for life. Rachel Novetsky will act as a resource for staff, providing answers to questions related to food, nutrition, cleanses, diets, food restrictions, and more.
