Indulge in “La Dolce Vita” at Dolce Italian, Miami’s newest dining destination is offering a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner menu featuring updated authentic Italian classics. The special prix-fixe menu will be available during the restaurant’s regular dinner hours on Thursday, February 14, 2013. Priced at $75 per person the menu includes a glass of prosecco for each diner; tax and gratuity not included.
Start-off the romantic evening over a choice of three starters: Baby Spinach Salad - with apples, goats cheese, cherries and raspberry vinaigrette; Lobster Salad - with string beans, Boston lettuce, cherry tomatoes and lemon vinaigrette; or Butternut Squash Soup – with roasted chestnuts and whipped ricotta.
Next, guests can enjoy choosing a main plate from mouthwatering offerings including Filet Mignon - with potato gratin, roasted carrots, asparagus and black truffle sauce; Chilean Sea Bass – with shrimp and clam sauce and sautéed spinach; or Black Truffle Ravioli – with vegetable ragu.
Ending the night on the restaurant’s namesake, couples can indulge in a decadent “Dolce” of their choice. Offered on this special evening is the Strawberry Tart – with sponge cake, Chantilly cream and fresh strawberries, and Chocolate Cake – with Verona chocolate and mascarpone cream.
In addition to the prix-fixe menu, Dolce will also have their a la Carte menu available for guests to enjoy.
