Since opening for dinner in February 2012, Miami Beach’s newest dining destination, Juvia, which according to the Miami Herald is “a game changer in the Miami dining scene,” has quickly become a destination for true lovers of food, wine, design, and understated luxury. Juvia has recently kicked-off daily lunch service, available seven days a week, from noon to 3 p.m.
The lunch menu offers Miami Beach’s lunch crowd a variety of affordably priced dishes created by the restaurant’s talented culinary team: executive chef Laurent Cantineaux; executive chef Sunny Oh; executive sous chef Kaoru Chang; and pastry chef Gregory Gourreau, who have created a delectable menu of French-Asian specialties infused with the robust flavors of Peruvian ingredients. Great for those looking for a scrumptious mid-day meal but conscious of the clock and their wallet, Juvia’s unique bento box specials, priced at $24 per person, will offer an appetizer, entrée, and dessert, served all at once on a beautiful tray, which guarantees speedy service.
Located nine stories above the city, atop a splendid multi-use building, Juvia offers indoor and outdoor dining amidst gorgeous panoramic views of Miami Beach and the Biscayne Bay. Perched on the terrace – featuring a retractable roof – guests are sure to be wowed by the 22¢ ft. soil-less garden wall designed by acclaimed French botanist Patrick Blanc.
Juvia, located at 1111 Lincoln Road serves lunch seven days a week, from noon to 3 p.m. Dinner is served nightly, starting at 6 p.m. The restaurant can be accessed via an entrance on the corner of Lincoln Road and Lenox Avenue, where private elevators transport guests to the penthouse level.
