Coral Gables hot spot, The Local Craft Food & Drink, is launching an almost non-stop Happy Hour, brimming with drink deals, extended hours and delicious bites from Chef Phil Bryant's menu of celebrated American fare. Running from noon - 7 pm, Monday through Friday, and 4 pm - 7 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, guests can get their drink on at uber affordable prices – half-off select beers, wines and spirits – during lunch, dinner and the inconspicuous hour-and-a-half in-between, that they’re calling, Linner.
Not confined to after quittin’ time anymore, lunch goers can diminish that mid-day office stress nearly guilt-free with Happy Hour deals that swing into full effect as soon as the clock strikes noon. Bryant’s beefed-up milieu of locally-sourced, mostly housemade lunch offerings including snacks, salads, sandwiches and entrees ($3 - $17 ) will not disappoint either with exciting new dishes appearing daily on the ever-changing menu.
Those late for the lunch bell or hankering for an afternoon snack need not fret; Chef Bryant and his crew at The Local Craft Food & Drink observe the commonly understated noshing hour Linner from 3 pm - 4:30 pm. While the kitchen gears up for dinner service, guests can sip on the discounted libations and nibble on delights such as the charcuterie and cheese boards ($10 - $ 24), featuring rotating selections always accompanied by Zak the Baker bread, as well as other bites ($3 - $7) including, country fried potatoes tossed in pimento cheese and buttermilk emulsion; cornmeal hushpuppies with carrot top pesto and green onions; and housemade beef jerky with scallion and BBQ spice; among others.
The Local Craft Food & Drink located at 150 Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables, serves lunch Monday- Friday from noon- 3 p.m., dinner seven days a week from 4:30 p.m.- 11 p.m. and a late night menu until 2 a.m. Thursday-Saturday.
