Celebrating in a traditional style, Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, Lincoln Road’s go-to fine dining destination for authentic Northern Italian cuisine, is offering diners a specialty “Pasqua” 2013 a la carte menu filled with tantalizing, vibrant flavors in every dish. Available throughout Easter weekend for lunch and dinner, the Quattro specialties are as follows:
Start off with a specialty antipasti of Tonno con uova di storione - tuna carpaccio with white sturgeon caviar “Calvisius “ ($20) or Terrina di foie gras e tartufo invernale - foie gras pate with winter Italian black truffle and asparagus salad ($21). Guests can then enjoy a primi piatti special of Risotto alle erbe di primavera e ricotta di pecora - Carnaroli risotto with fresh spring greens and sheep ricotta ($22) followed by a secondini option of Ossobuco di agnelo al forno con le sue patate - oven roast lamb ossobuco with fingerlings rosemary potato and baby rainbow carrot ($32). Not to be missed is the specialty dolce, Zabaione con gelato al Gianduja - moscato sabayon with gianduja gelato ($8).
The specialty Easter menu will be served for lunch and dinner starting Friday, March 29, 2013 until Sunday, March, 31, 2013; regular a la carte menu will also be available.
