Devon Seafood + Steak: To celebrate dad, Kendall’s ultimate dining destination serving fresh ocean fare and sizzling prime steaks will offer an impressive selection of brunch items including made-to-order Petite Belgian waffles, topped with strawberry, blueberry or traditional maple syrup; a cold seafood display with delectable seafood and shellfish such as assorted smoked fish, Blue Point oysters on the half shell and cocktail shrimp with traditional garnishes; a carving station featuring chef’s choice of Nueske’s ham or Prime Rib with horseradish sauce; and a vast omelette station – eggs and omelettes prepared to order. Stand-out entrées are offered such as Thai chicken wings; seared Atlantic salmon; shrimp enchiladas; biscuits and gravy; and sweet potato corn hash among others. The decadent dessert station features panna cotta; chocolate truffle cake; Key lime tart; and cinnamon fritters. On the libations front, the restaurant offers diners’ favorite brunch cocktails at an unbeatable price – the Devon Bloody Mary; mimosas; Bellini’s; and a glass of Domaine Ste.
