Sushi By Bou Debuts a $50 Omakase Experience At The Former Versace Mansion

Acclaimed omakase hotspot, Sushi by Bou located inside Gianni Versace Suite at the former Versace Mansion, is debuting a new special for diners looking to try out the omakase experience at an even lower price point. The new 12-course omakase experience in Sushi Suite, accommodates up to six people and is now available for just $50++ per person inclusive of an additional hand roll and glass of sake, exclusive of tax and gratuity.

After “checking in” at the front desk of the highly exclusive Villa Casa Casuarina, guests are escorted upstairs to the G-Lounge, a secret bar lounge overlooking Ocean Drive adjacent to the original Gianni Versace Suite. Here guests are invited to arrive early and explore the opulent setting which includes lavish interiors in the neoclassical style honoring the mansion’s original architecture. A selection of fine Japanese Whiskeys or craft cocktails are available including favorites such as the Shiso Southsider with Suntory Haku Vodka, shiso leaves, and lime and the Yuzu Honeybee with Nikka Coffey Grain Whiskey, honey syrup, yuzu juice, and pink peppercorn; those interested in sake can partake of the G-Lounge’s self-service sake vending machine where guests can sample a glass of three different sakes for an additional cost.

At the time of the reservation, guests are escorted to Sushi Suite for the exclusive omakase experience led by newly appointed Omakase Chef Ryo Kato. Featuring 12-courses, the experience includes a selection of handcrafted sushi. Reservations are available via Opentable and paid in full at the time of booking. Sushi Suite is located at the Villa Casa Casuarina, the former Versace Mansion at 1116 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL and is open Wednesday-Sunday from 5:30PM to 11PM
