One of Fort Lauderdale’s most elegant oceanfront restaurants, 3030 Ocean, will offer a special Thanksgiving Day menu on Thursday, November 26th. Priced at $50 per person (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity), the prix-fixe three-course meal will begin with roasted pumpkin soup with toasted seeds and crème fraiche, followed by Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier’s roasted turkey breast, complete with mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, and cranberry chutney. For dessert, Grenier will serve pumpkin and dark chocolate bread pudding topped with pecans, dried cherries, and a scoop of spiced ice cream. Diners can also enjoy wine pairings with their Thanksgiving dinner for an additional $20 per person, featuring a Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, Pinot Noir and a late harvest Mád Cuvée. Lincoln Road’s sizzling hot steakhouse, will offer several à la carte dinner specials on Thanksgiving, Thursday,November 26. Acclaimed chef Sean Brasel’s sophisticated menu will feature holiday-inspired favorites including a Bell and Evans fresh turkey leg roulade stuffed with sour dough, house smoked pork belly, and Peruvian corn with a side of fermented pomegranate, cranberry and ginger chutney, sweet corn hush puppies, and braised local greens ($32); a wood-grilled Bell and Evans fresh citrus and vanilla marinated sous vide turkey breast with cauliflower puree, roasted cauliflower, and candied bacon & tomato marmalade ($35); and a Mixed Grill of 3, which will allow diners to sample the turkey leg and sous vide breast, along with an American Bison short rib crusted with walnut praline demi and bone marrow flan ($42). Ideal for those who prefer to dine earlier, STRIPSTEAK – the hotel’s newest restaurant – is offering a Thanksgiving brunch from12-4 p.m. for $65 per person as well as a prix fixe dinner for $75 per person. Guests are set to savor roasted baby beets with dried cranberries, hazelnuts, and goat cheese, topped with walnut vinaigrette, followed by roasted turkey breast with Applewood smoked bacon, turkey leg confit, and chorizo cornbread stuffing; and for dessert, pumpkin pie topped with cinnamon whipped cream and spiced caramel sauce.
