FEBRUARY 2022 (Miami Beach) — Grab your besties and ramp up your tastebuds, Miami! February is here and Time Out Market Miami will be debuting a plethora of new programming for the shortest month of the year. From new all-star vendors and souped-up menu offerings to Game Day specials and Valentine’s Day activities for everyone, the Market has got you covered for February fun.

Baklava Bakery does many things and it does them all exceptionally well. For years, the family-owned business supplied New York’s and South Florida’s best restaurants with its namesake Middle Eastern desserts, peppering the region with its perfect Lebanese pastries that combine layers of honey-soaked phyllo dough and roasted pistachios, walnuts and cashews. Then, came the Instagram following and the nudge to expand to candied nuts and decadent chocolate truffles. Now, we get all of that plus a new menu of indulgent crêpes to satisfy sweet cravings beyond a bite-sized nibble—think the classic with a hazelnut spread or the signature churro with cinnamon sugar.
Time Out Market invites local Catering and Event Sales Managers to come by, tour the space and grab a drink and a delicious Market bite. RSVP responses will be taken until Friday, February 4. Launching February 2022, Time Out Market Miami reimagines the traditional food hall experience with a new prix-fixe dinner menu service by Michelin-vet and former Leku Head Chef, Chef Aitor Garate Berasaluze. Available in the fully transformed space in front of Lur, guests will enjoy a 3-course tasting menu of Basque country hallmarks like Ensalada a la Parrilla, Queso Idiazabal & Anchoa (Grilled Salad, Idiazabal Cheese and Anchovy); Branzino Macerado en Aji Mirasol Beurre Blanc & Topinambur (Branzino Marinated in Aji Mirasol, Beurre Blanc and Sunchokes), and Tarta de Queso Vasca (Basque-style creamy cheese tart). Using the freshest, local Miami produce and imported goods from Spanish purveyors, guests will enjoy one of the most authentic Basque dining experiences in all of Miami Beach.
The new dinner menu experience is by reservation only on Resy or by walk-in. Perfect for couples or small groups, dinner seatings will begin every Wednesday - Sunday, 6:30PM - 9PM; menu changes seasonally.

Chef Aitor Garate Berasaluze presents a curated tasting menu of seasonal dishes and specialty items that showcase the region’s distinctive gastronomy—including the famous Cinco Jotas ham and a creamy Basque cheesecake. The prix-fixe dinner will always be comprised of eight courses but dishes and ingredients will change every week based on seasonality, availability and freshness. Reserve via Tok.

Swing by Time Out Market Miami for a fun Valentine's art and craft project! Kids of all ages are invited to participate in a freestyle art session. Easels and painting materials will also be on hand should your brood feel extra creative. Plus, grown-ups and kids can give their home libraries a boost—or pass on books they’ve read and loved—at the community book swap happening simultaneously. Just bring a book you’d like to swap and we’ll provide you with all the arts & crafts materials needed.
Come early for a pre-game Market Brunch together with Tito’s Vodka. Enjoy a live stream of the “Puppy Bowl XVIII” with coaches Snoop Dog and Martha Stewart, Tito’s Greyhound cocktails, dog-themed giveaways and more.
For a football viewing event that combines great food, excellent drink specials and fun activations to distract you when your team is losing, take yourself down to Time Out Market Miami. The afternoon watch party combines the tasty grub of a classic tailgate, the affordable cocktails you’d expect from your favorite happy hour and the massive 17-foot LED screen you can only find at your local movie theater—except no one will tell you to keep it down if you happen to cheer too loudly. Join us for Valentine’s edition figure drawing class together with Raw Figs; all levels are welcome. Tickets are $25 for a one-hour, self-guided session. Raw Figs promotes love in all forms, especially self-love, and in that spirit they’ll be setting the mood with a complimentary welcome drink, a loving vibe, DJ-spun tunes and drawing materials. Forget the lame, deadpan number callers you’ve experienced at other game nights because we’ve got the fierce Athena Dion taking over bingo night at Time Out Market Miami. The city’s most in-demand diva keeps you entertained with a speedy two-hour round, featuring extended Happy Hour pricing on cocktails for players and a few $25 Time Out Market cards up for grabs. The night features a special Valentine’s edition runway show by The Love Job Miami - think men in bikinis running around as cherubs, drinks of Mezcal Amarás, and resident set DJ Mike Trotter. Games are free to join and groups of all ages and sizes are welcome to try their luck at filling up a card.
