Seagrape Restaurant at the Thompson Miami Beach is James Beard Award-winning chef Michelle Bernstein’s restaurant. Named one of the best new restaurants in Miami soon after its opening in December 2014 byCondé Nast Traveler, it has been one of the hottest new restaurants in town, wowing locals and visitors alike with its fresh, flavor-forward cuisine, served in a chic, brasserie-style setting. Now, as it turns one year young, the restaurant has rolled out newly designed menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Built around smart sourcing with carefully curated ingredients both local and international, the reinvigorated menu at Seagrape, was designed by Executive Chef Jason Schaan alongside Chef Bernstein, Thompson Miami Beach’s culinary partner. “This season we’ve refined guest favorites and added in more approachable new dishes to embrace the spirit of a true brasserie,” says Chef Bernstein. “We’ve introduced some lighter fare and balanced them with hearty flavors and touches you naturally look for in winter, even in Miami! We’re continuing to highlight the cultures that inspire us while keeping in mind that you don’t need rich, heavy ingredients to deliver bold flavors.”
