Quattro Gastronomia Italiana will serve a special menu on Christmas. Beginning with antipasti selections such as fonduta tartufata con crostini e tartufo bianco, fontina cheese fondue, poached egg yolk and toasted Biova croutons with white truffles ($48) and insalata di cappone, cavolo e speck con uova di quaglia, capon salad with crispy pancetta, red cabbage and quail eggs ($18). First-course selections include tortellini in brodo, prosciutto and veal tortellini in rich beef broth ($28) and risotto champagne scampi e caviale, champagne risotto with scampi and Osetra caviar ($45). For the second-course, enjoy bollito misto piemontese di carne con le salse – trio of traditional beef stew, cotechino and veal meatloaf served with paring piemontese sauces ($39) and stinco di vitello ai porcini con polenta taragna tartufata – oven roasted veal shank with porcini mushrooms and creamy truffle polenta ($40).
