Phuc Yea restaurant, located in the heart of Miami’s MiMo District, is bringing its Vietnamese-Cajun twist to Miami Spice! The award-winning restaurant is spicing it up with tasty eats for Miami Spice. Guests can enjoy the Miami Spice menu on its spacious lantern garden, their front porch patio, or comfortably at home all for $39 per person!
Phuc Yea has created two Miami Spice Menus on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday guests can indulge on a 3-course menu. For the 1st-course, guest can choose the Salmon Roll, made with Smoked salmon, cucumber, jicama, avocado, herbage, crispies, yuzu tofu aioli, with a gluten-free option available, the Hand Chopped Steak Tartare made with Angus certified filet mignon, truffle, Asian pear, quail egg, spicy honey mustard, herbage, rice crisps, the PY Noodles made with Signature house noodle, fresh egg noodles, garlic butter, oyster sauce, parmesan cheese or the Cha Gio made with Shrimp, pork, woodear mushroom, carrot, jicama, nước chấm; all served family-style for the table.
Guests can then move on to the four options to select from in the second course. It features the choice of the Coconut Ginger made with pickled pineapple, honey, roasted peanuts, Thai bird chilies, the Crispy Masitas made with 5 spice roasted pork shoulder, nuoc cham, lime, lemongrass, red onion, tomato, served with lettuce bundles, pickles, herbs on side, the Veggie Curry made with assorted veggies, exotic shrooms, baby bok choy, tofu, crispy plantain or get extra and order the Special Phuc Yea Pho made with Hickory smoked beef short rib, pho spiced beef broth, cooked overnight, herbage, rice noodles, beef meatballs, fresh herbs, onions, beans sprouts, jalapeños, with a gluten-free option available, $25 supplement, served with a side of rice. To end the Viet-Cajun “Miami Spice” journey, Chef Cesar Zapata will be serving up a “Chefs Choice” dessert daily!
Thursdays have a special twist allowing everyone to get their Fried Chicken and Oyster fix.
Phuc Yea’s newly updated Lantern Garden has modern furnishings and classic Vietnamese architecture, which makes the perfect outdoor setting to sip on some Spritzes and slurp freshly shucked Oyster on the Half Shell served with its house sauces. Indulgence is served in the form of buttery Buttermilk Biscuits, paired with spiced maple bourbon, Chinese sausage butter, and Lemongrass Fried Chicken garnished with sriracha aioli. Guests can refresh their palates between bites with the Spicy Watermelon Salad, with nuoc cham, herbage, chilis. As a sweet send-off, guests can dig their forks in the delicious Vietnamese Coffee Tiramisu! For a delicious upgraded Miami Spice dinner, guests can order an Aperol or Campari spritz for an additional $6 with their menu and continue to imbibe for the rest of the night at $9.
Phuc Yea is currently open Wednesday through Sunday and closed Monday through Saturday. Wednesday through Saturday hours are 5 to 10 p.m., and Sunday hours are 12 to 9 p.m. Happy Hour is served from 5 - 7 p.m.
