1 oz - Santa Teresa Rum
1 oz - Havana Club Rum
2 oz - Red bean coconut mix
1.5 oz - Pineapple juice
Use a jigger to measure out your ingredients and add red bean coconut mix, rums and fresh pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker to mix
Shake the cocktail for 10-15 seconds before double straining into a large cocktail glass
Top with crushed ice and garnish with mint sprig
