Coco Bambu – Affordable Tastings
Affordable and delicious, Coco Bambu’s Lapostolle Casa Grand Selection from Rapel Valley, Chile is smooth and medium-bodied featuring fresh red fruit aromas of plum and cherries. Available by the glass ($10) or bottle ($34), the wine pairs best with its Crunchy Coconut Mahi with cashew rice and house potato salad.
For a refined taste, order the Cabernet Sauvignon, Montes Alpha M 2012 from Colchagua Valley, Chile and enjoy a balance of vanilla, caramel, and light toasted notes, paired with the Gran Piatto Di Mare with king crab, 4 raw oysters, jumbo shrimp, salmon tartar, octopus carpaccio and calamari salad. This red wine is available by bottle only for $155.

DÔA – A Cultural Experience
Imported from Yunnan, China, DÔA’s Ao Yun 2013, Cabernet Blend is bold, sophisticated and potent, taking winos in a sumptuous cultural experience best consumed with the Arjun Scallop Tartare or DÔA Ceviche Roll. Available by the bottle ($590), the wine features captivating notes of ripe red fruit, cherry stone, spiciness mild tobacco and minerality, worth every penny.


Forte dei Marmi – Most Unique Pour
Forte dei Marmi delivers an authentic and organic, Michelin-approved Italian experience with its Podere il Palazzino 'Bertinga' 2011. Best paired with the Linguine ‘alla Nerano’ with zucchini and parmesan by Two Michelin Starred Chef Antonio Mellino, this wine flavor is offered by the glass ($20) or bottle ($75) and comes from a small family owned farm in the hills of Tuscany. The family is keen on practicing their farming in a sustainable environment and producing 100% organic wines. This bottle is not available anywhere else in the state as their entire Florida inventory is allocated to Forte dei Marmi.

Villa Azur – Vintage Sippin’
Winos with a penchant for vintage flavors will enjoy Villa Azur’s Domaine Remoissenet Volnay 1978 Bourgogne from France. Available by the bottle at $520, the wine features fruity aromas with savory notes and pairs best with the Lobster Spaghetti.
