Monica "Mika" Leon Starts IGTV Cooking Series from Spain for Hispanic Heritage Month!

Caja Caliente's Chef and Owner, Monica "Mika" Leon will start a new IGTV cooking series starting Friday, September 17th in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month! The IGTV series will stream every Friday on Mika’s personnel IG, @mikabites, and will feature everything from how to make traditional tortilla española, paella, gazpacho, pan con tomate, and many more exquisite Spanish dishes.

Viewers will feel transported to Spain while watching the very intimate series recorded from Mika’s family home in Spain. Mika Leon is attending Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian, the culinary epicenter of Spain as well as learning from locals via her travels.
