On January 16th, it’s your turn to show-off your culinary skills during the DJ Chili Showdown and enter your signature corn bread in the Chef’s Corn Bread Contest. Perhaps you, too, can be included in the elite category of “best food in South Florida”.
Whether you are a chef, sous-chef, line cook or just passionate about cooking bring your homemade corn bread to Midtown Miami fountain plaza and enter it in the Chef’s Corn Bread Contest.
To register, bring your entry to the corn bread tent by 6:00 pm. The winning corn bread will be selected by the DJs from Kiss Country and announced at 7:45 pm. Not only will the winner have bragging rights for the year they will also receive $200 cash; two tickets to the Kiss Country Chili Cook Off at CB Smith Park; publicity for their restaurant or product; a 6’x4’ advertising light box displayed for 30 days and the title of best corn bread in South Florida.
