Miami Meatballers Food Truck at Wynwood Art Walk

Miami Meatballers won their black, red, and white truck when they presented their food and outsold the competition on Food Truck Face Off, which aired on The Food Network. Since then, the Meatballers have become one of the best food trucks and meatballs Miami has to offer. The second Saturday of the month, they visit Miami’s Art District for Wynwood Art Walk. This monthly art festival features local art, music, fashion, and food.

The meal kicks off with crispy mozzarella sticks. The sticks and the marinara dipping sauce are sprinkled with Italian herbs and Parmesan. The marinara alone is delightful, a harmony of spicy and sweet. The cheese inside is so hot and melted that one bite stretches it for two feet. It oozes out and wraps around the crunchy breaded exterior for a final heavenly bite.

Another appetizer? Why not? The cheese fries are crunchy and steaming hot on the inside. They are also accompanied by the tasty marinara and dusted with Italian herbs and Parmesan cheese.

The main attraction is, of course, the meatballs. The sliders come with one meatball each and are loaded with the Meatballers’ signature marinara. The bread is soft and warm, but also pleasantly toasted, and the meatball is tender and juicy. Due to the blend of herbs, it is very spicy and savory, which is complemented by a layer of melted mozzarella. Every mouthful is bliss.
