Prague native and Miami Beach Caffé & Restaurant owner, Tomas Johanovsky, debuts Miami Beach Caffé after years of conceptualizing the idea. Co-owner of the Ambiente Restaurant Group in Prague, Johanovsky found his passion for the restaurant industry at the age of 15 when he entered the industry as a waiter. The talent behind the eatery’s creative menu is 27 year-old Executive Chef Ludek Munzar, former sous chef at the Fish Market in Prague, headed by celebrated chef Martin Slezák. With 12 years of culinary experience, Munzar is best known for crafting an array of seafood centric creations poised to excite any palate. Offering familiar dishes with a gourmet twist, Miami Beach Caffé is both diverse and accessible.
