Beloved Miami Beach eatery, Macchialina, will be hosting a one-of-a-kind pairing dinner with Casa Noble Tequila, certified organic 100% blue agave premium tequila at 8PM on Monday, November 28, 2016.
James Beard Award semi-finalist, Chef Michael Pirolo, will be creating a unique four-course menu with Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma to pair along with the smooth flavors of the tequila with pours by award-winning mixologists William Rivas and Philip Khandehrish.
Indulge in rich menu items including Tuna & Prosciutto Di Parma with tomato water, crispy garlic and aged balsamic, paired with Casa Noble Blanco infused with tomato, cucumber water and balsamic air.
Guests can enjoy a welcome cocktail at 7:30PM; dinner to begin promptly at 8PM. Price per person is $75 (including beverage pairings, excluding tax and gratuity).
