New Lunch Menus At Seaspice & Coco Bambu

Lunch breaks just got a little more exciting with the addition of these hotspots new lunch menus.

Still the #1 riverside dining destination, Seaspice is offering a very affordable $25 Executive Lunch Menu, which serves up a 3 courses including starters of Butternut Squash Soup, Winter Plant Bowl with roasted butternut squash, black barle, tatsoi spinach, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed oil, pecan brittle and creamy cashew balsamic, and Watercress Salad with roasted corn and cucumber vinaigrette, entrees such as the Shrimp Linguini, Crispy Skin Chicken Breast, 1855 Prime Churrasco, Pan Seared Black Grouper Fillet with navy bean, sage and bacon succotash and butternut squash gnocchi, and finales of Cheese Souffle and Orange Blossom Cake made with Kumquat marmalade, sable and black berry. To pair each course, guests can also order white, red and rosé wines by the glass at $10. The Executive Lunch Menu will be offered Tuesday-Friday from noon to 3:30pm

Brazil's newest seafood import to South Beach Coco Bambu hit the ground running and are now serving lunch daily from 11:30am – 2:30pm. Highlights of the menu include the Bambu Burger ($16) on a fresh, homemade potato roll with in house blended meat, crispy onions, lettuce, marinated tomatoes and pickles, accompanied by truffle rustic fries, Signature Sampler ($22) with sautéed shrimp, roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, eggplant and daily ceviche of the day, and Salads for Two such as the Tropical Shrimp ($16) with mango, cashews, cherry tomatoes, carrot, mixed greens and olive oil and the grilled Skirt Steak ($31) salad with crispy onions, avocado, tomatoes, greens, anna potatoes and lemon dijion. For larger groups, the restaurant also offers Entrees To Share with options such as the Mahi Moqueca ($59; serves 3 ppl), a stew with peppers, herbs, coconut milk, palm oil, white rice and Casanova flour, Beef Parmigiana & Spaghetti ($59; serves 4ppl) with sirloin, mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce, and Paella Coco Bambu ($89; serves 6 people), a classic paella with shrimp, calamari, fish and mussels. End your meal with something sweet with offerings of Bakes Cocada ($10), a creamy coconut cake with vanilla ice cream, World’s Best Custard Pudding ($7) with blackberry on top, or the Brigadeiro ($9), a creamy chocolate with strawberry and cookie crumbles.
