Little Havana has been, and still is, sanctuary for the newcomers. Cubans, yes, but also other nationalities that come together in this vibrant neighborhood to showcase the exuberance and vitality of Latin American art, cuisine - and now chocolate making in Miami.
Inspired by this setting, you will become an Artist in Residence at Guayaba y Chocolate, a hip new shop located at the heart of Calle Ocho’s Little Havana Art District, where European chocolate technique meets Latin American flavors and culinary traditions.
During two and a half hours, you will learn to manipulate paintbrushes and chocolate based inks and ignite your creativity and imagination to produce hand-painted chocolate confections that you will take back with you in a beautiful Guayaba y Chocolate box. When you are done, we will celebrate your artistic achievements the way the Gods intended: with a glass of wine and chocolate!
What you will get at the Little Havana Chocolate Painting Class:
20 assorted bonbons to decorate with chocolate based inks.
Guests will receive a Guayaba y Chocolate 16 bonbon box to arrange the painted confections.
Guests will be offered a glass of wine to pair with the remaining bonbons.
All the materials needed will be provided by Guayaba y Chocolate.
Duration of the experience: two and a half hours.
