Le Jardinier: Vegetable-Forward Restaurant in the Miami Design District

Ring in the New Year al fresco in the Miami Design District at Michelin-starred chef Alain Verzeroli’s Le Jardinier. The vegetable-forward restaurant will offer two seatings with tasting menus available. The first seating with reservations from 5PM until 6:30PM will offer a $135 per person, 5-course tasting menu. The second seating will feature a $205 per person, 6-course tasting menu, including a Champagne toast; reservations will begin at 8:30PM until 10PM. Both seatings will offer wine pairing options for an additional charge. Standout dishes from both seatings include Cured Hiramasa with citrus, winter radish and beets and Kaluga caviar; Pumpkin & Foie Gras Parfait with variations of pear and housemade granola; Filet de Boeuf with sauce Périgueux, potato mille-feuille and broccolini; Poached Ora King Salmon with roasted leek and caramelized shallot soubise. Dessert by Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone will be an Exotic Coconut Mousse with soft salted caramel and raspberry sherbet. Full menus can be found HERE.
