In anticipation to La Nuit en Rose at the Miami Beach Edition happening next month, ChatChow hosted an event at Matador Room to present guests with an idea of what to expect. If La Nuit en Rose is as promising as ChatChow’s preview, then Miami is in for a treat. Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte Rose was the star of the night, providing ample amounts of libations for the attendees of last night’s event.
Matador Room provided a small section of their bar area with comfortable seating that allowed for casual mingling and indulgence with the champagne. Small bites were provided as well, ranging from Sweet Pea Guacamole with Warm Crunchy Tortillas, to Peekytoe Crab and Corn Fritters with Smoked Chili Tartar Sauce, to Crunchy Potato Nuggets with Spicy-Tangy Sauce and Rosemary Aioli. This food also served as a preview to an event being hosted by La Nuit on Rose. Friday January 30 will kick off the weekend-long event with a VIP Rose Wine Pairing Dinner hosted at this same restaurant. This dinner promises to be an incredible start to a luxurious weekend. Presented by The Wine Enthusiast, this dinner is exclusively designed to showcase the sophistication of rosé wines alongside an extraordinary dinner. Any menu created by Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is bound to be filled with exceptional dishes and wonderful memories, so this is an event you won’t want to miss.
The Miami Beach Edition, which is home to Matador Room and where La Nuit en Rose will take place, is strikingly elegant and sophisticated. The architecture of the venue is second to none and is indicative of Miami’s grandeur and high presence in the luxury hotel industry. An indoor garden of palm trees and other tropical plants reminds you of where you are, and the helpful staff is enough of a reason to make this a place to visit. La Nuit en Rose chose a perfect venue for their event, as The Miami Beach Edition is one of the most lavish hotels around.
