Jean George's Market at EDITION Announces New Menu & Diversifies Offerings

Market at EDITION, Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s unique take on a European-style gourmet marketplace, is pleased to announce its recently diversified menu. The full-service 4,600 square-foot restaurant & patisserie, which serves eclectic, international fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, has expanded its offerings to include sushi, grab & go items, and an all-new cocktail menu.

Market at EDITION has added a variety of new items to its classic, seasonal dinner menu, staying true to the restaurant’s commitment to using local, fresh ingredients in order to provide an optimum dining experience for guests.  New menu options feature Smoked Salmon & Avocado Toast at breakfast, Broccoli Rabe Pizza at lunch, Chicken and Coconut Soup as well as Roasted Lobster for dinner. The eatery has also introduced a grab & go section, complete with a selection of pre-made gourmet sandwiches, parfaits, snacks and beverages, reminiscent of the classic market-like experience that inspired the concept.  

Also added to the roster of offerings, the restaurant has added sushi to the raw bar section, available for dinner only Wednesday through Sunday. The fresh selection includes a la carte nigiri and sashimi, as well as maki, using only the freshest caliber of fish. Nigiri and sashimi offerings include Tako (octopus), Tai (red snapper), and Uni (Sea Urchin), in addition to the usual staples. Maki offerings include Spicy Tuna Roll, Caterpillar Roll, and a Rainbow Roll, as well as other daily chef specials.

Market at EDITION is offering a new beverage menu to boot, complete with an array of handcrafted cocktails and sangria. Signature concoctions include the Passion Sangria, made with fresh passion fruit just ripe for summer and the Copper Rose, a mix of Elyx Vodka, Campari, with the added crispness of cranberry, raspberry, and mint. The Ginger Margarita and Cherry Yuzu Old Fashioned also add a novel twist to classic favorites.  

Inspired by the great century-old markets in Madrid and Barcelona, Market at EDITION is an imaginative reinvention of the classic Miami Beach coffee shop, and has become a dining destination for locals and hotel guests alike. Chef Jean-Georges presents three distinctive environments, united by a love for locally sourced ingredients, vibrant flavors and vivid textures.

Market at EDITION is ideal for a morning coffee, a bite to take to the beach or a delicious meal to enjoy with great company. Additional features include a raw bar, a cheese and charcuterie station, freshly baked bread and sweets at the pastry pod, and wood-fired pizzas and grilled entrees.

Market at EDITION is located at 2901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 7am-11pm and Friday and Saturday7am-12am, serving breakfast 7am-12pm, lunch 12pm-6pm, and dinner 6pm-close.
