The Setai, Miami Beach’s signature restaurant, Jaya, will be hosting a world-class New Year’s Eve dinner party themed A Night in Casablanca. The evening will feature a 5-course dinner menu by Executive Chef Vijayudu Veena along with a Cristal Champagne toast and specialty entertainment. Priced at $750 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for Courtyard seating and $550 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for indoor dining, the prix-fixe menu includes Trio of Sashimi with hamachi, salmon, tuna, wasabi labneh, crispy quinoa and ginger; Osetra Caviar served with poached crispy egg, crème fraîche and smoked salmon; Seabass with coconut curry emulsion, pickled cauliflower and crispy leeks; Wagyu Striploin with grilled confit shallots, truffled potatoes, charred broccolini, shaved fresh truffles and sauce périgourdine; and a sweet ending of a Limoncello Bar made with limoncello cake, pistachio mousse, cherry and dark chocolate cake crumble.
The restaurant will also be offering its popular Jazz Brunch on New Year’s Day from 11:30AM until 4PM. Priced at $175 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), brunch will feature limitless Louis Roederer Champagne, Mimosas and Bloody Marys alongside a lavish buffet of culinary delights. Stations served by restaurant staff include a full raw bar filled with fresh oysters, shrimp and more, rotisserie, Indian and Thai specialties, a selection of grilled meats, dim sum, breakfast favorites, charcuterie and full dessert table with homemade rotating selections.
