Miami Spice is back for another year of exquisite eats by world-renowned chefs at your favorite Miami restaurants. Guests can enjoy the very best of greater Miami's restaurants with special lunch and dinner menus starting August 1st through September 30th, 2021.
One of the many local favorite restaurants participating this year is Jaguar Latin-American Habitat with an exclusive three-course lunch menu for $28 and a three-course dinner menu for $42 starting this August! Both of the Miami Spice menus will include an appetizer, entree, and dessert and will be available every day of the week. The lunch menu will include their most famous “Black Market Ceviche” as an appetizer, “Mexican Lasagna” as the main dish, and a delicious “Flan de Queso”. Swing by for dinner and start with “Nuevo Shrimp” ceviche, followed by a fan favorite savory “Lomo Saltado” and finish your three-course dinner with a creamy “Flan de Queso”. This year the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau wishes to help those impacted by the tragedy in Surfside. All proceeds from Miami Spice OpenTable reservations booked on the Miami Spice website will be donated to relief efforts.
In addition to the Miami Spice eats, guests can also enjoy thirst-quenching cocktails like their “Mula Fresca”, made with gin, St.Germain, fresh strawberries, and lemon. During Happy hour from 4 PM - 7 PM, Jaguar offers half-off cocktails, those coming for dinner are in for a treat with their NEW wine list including wines set to pair to perfection with the Miami Spice menu.

Jaguar is inspired by the unique and diverse foods of Latin America. Dishes include ceviches served in large white ceramic spoons and succulent meats paired with distinctive Latin salsas, all surrounded by soft burgundy and yellow ceilings and walls, painted with natural flower pigments from Oaxaca and extraordinary paintings by Dionosio Ceballos, whose reproductions were showcased in the film Frida. Total capacity is 200, group capacity is 50, with a private room for groups and outdoor dining.

Chef Oscar del Rivero is the Executive Chef and Partner at Jaguar Restaurant Group. Originally from Mexico City, Mexico, Chef Oscar is extremely passionate about Latin American food history, techniques, and ingredients. Before Jaguar, Chef Oscar worked in many prestigious restaurants in Europe and Miami Beach but for sure fell in love with all Latin American flavors. In 2005 Family and Friends got together to create Jaguar’s unique concept.
Oscar and his partners created and developed Jaguar as a welcoming place where you can feel at home and eat food that reminds you of your roots if you are from Latin America. If you are not, Jaguar will represent with authenticity the flavors of Latin America for your enjoyment.
