We own and operate V&E Restaurant group since 1997 where the first restaurant was on the famous Española Way where the first Havana 1957 was also opened in 2010.
We have so many diverse restaurants in our portfolio and we thought we don't have our very own Cuban which comes natural to us. Havana 1957 is a traditional Cuban restaurant that allows you spend a day in Havana with its vintage memoribilia, classic Cuban music, and authentic Cuban food. It is by far one of the most beautiful and most true to its Cuban style restaurants that exist.
Our signature dish Havana 1957 chicken - it is an oven cooked chicken for 3 1/2 hours and marinated for 72 hours.
A popular dish is the appetizer combo that brings traditional Cuban tamale, ham croquettes, pork chops and fried plantain chips.
We have 5 locations:
3 on the beach on Lincoln Road, Española Way, Ocean Drive, Brickell and Pembroke Pines.
