An interview with one of our selected best restaurants in Miami - GoBistro

Tonkotsu Ramen

We opened December 2013. GoBistro started with us wanting to introduce good ramen to south Florida. I'm from NYC and noticed over the past 5 years that ramen was getting really popular but it was still lacking down here in south Florida. I spent some time in Japan learning how to make ramen and really learning the culture behind it. At the time we were also unsure how people in South Florida would accept a ramen restaurant so we decided to add sushi and yakitori on the menu to provide a little variety for every one.

Some of our most popular items would have to be the Tonkotsu and Curry Ramen. Our pork buns and definitely our Gangnam Wings. We also have some great sushi cold appetizers such as hamachi jalapeño and tuna valentino.

We are located in the heart of downtown Hollywood. We picked this location because it's just a few blocks away from our other restaurant Go Bento and we've also seen the growth of the neighborhood over the past 3 years. We've seen some really cool concepts open in the area and the best part of all parking is free in downtown Hollywood!
