The coveted upscale restaurant in the Miami Design District, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, will be offering two seatings for New Year’s Eve. The first seating, with reservations between 5PM and 6:30PM, will feature a 6-course tasting menu priced at $300 per person. Reservations between 8:30PM and 10PM, will be offered an elevated version of the Menu du Reveillon tasting menu priced at $385 per person including a glass of Champagne to toast at midnight. Wine pairings are available during both seatings for an additional charge. Menu highlights include Le Thon Sauvage - blue fin wild-caught tuna sashimi served with a brown butter vinaigrette, mustard and kaffir lime; Le Boeuf petite ribeye and butternut squash tartlet with caramelized onion; Le Turbot - wild caught steamed Turbot with caviar, leek fondue and oyster velouté; and Le Panais & La Truffe Noir, multi-layered parsnip and chestnut with shaved black truffle. A photo-worthy dessert from Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone that tastes as sublime as it looks will conclude the meal - La Cabbose de Cacao, dark chocolate parfait, salted soft caramel and pecan praliné.
