Oceans 234, the hottest seaside restaurant in Deerfield Beach has crafted an elevated Holiday offering that will be available from Thursday, December 23, 2021 through Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Executive Chef Nicole Fey will be featuring a first-class a la carte menu that includes A5 Wagyu Nigiri with a 2oz Japanese A5 striploin, sushi rice, bourbon barrel aged shoyu, micro wasabi ($40); White Truffle Gnocchi with herbed ricotta gnocchi, white truffle & fontina cream, crispy leeks, fresh white winter truffles ($65); Short Rib Osso Bucco with parmesan polenta, orange glazed carrots, warm ciabatta, bone marrow ($65); Duck Confit with goji berry & port reduction, charred broccolini, sweet potato pave ($50); and White Truffle Shower supplement that can be added to any dish tableside ($80).
