El Carajo International Tapas And Wine Restaurant

This place is called “El Carajo International Tapas & Wines. The menu only says “El Carajo” and I think that the menu is beautiful. The most bizarre thing about this place is that you can walk in from a gas station. “Where are you located?” I asked. “Inside a gas station” they answered. But look at this place, it is amazing!

I am here with my brother Pedro and we are surprised, gas station from the outside, amazing Spanish restaurant on the inside. But now I am going to show you what we are going to eat.

Spanish Tortilla (Tortilla Española)

This is a Spanish Tortilla, it is like an Italian Frittata, pretty much potatoes and eggs. Let me see the consistency: looks good, looks promising. It is very hot on the inside.

Papas Aïoli (Patatas al Ali-Oli)

This is what they called “Papas Ali-Oli” It has a garlic sauce and I am going to ask if it is homemade. The potatoes are kind of hard so I do now know if I am going to like it.

Croquettes

And right here, this is a croquette, made with Jamón Serrano. I am going to open it so we can see inside. It looks good, ok great ! So we are going to enjoy this lunch: I am just looking at the food and not eating. Time to eat !
