Drunken Dragon Spices Up Summer with Special Miami Spice Menu for an Exclusive Seasonal Price

Who: Drunken Dragon, South Beach’s first Korean barbecue restaurant, partners with the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau to celebrate the 16th annual Miami Spice Restaurant Program. Both visitors and residents can satisfy their pallets at this highly anticipated culinary experience for a reduced price. Drunken Dragon’s Korean dishes are influenced from all over Asia, courtesy of Executive Chef Xavier Torres (formerly of Miami’s The Dutch, Nobu and Zuma). Torres’ continued innovation translates from his many travels to places including Northern Europe, Italy, Japan, Northern Thailand, South Korea, Bali and Panama. A popular special item that is offered on the Miami Spice menu is a Smore’s dessert made from Valrhona dark chocolate ganache, burnt marshmallows and homemade graham crackers.

What: The restaurant celebrates this years Miami Spice with a four-course menu that features a variety of savory signature tastes and a sake pairing option to allow all to indulge in their chosen way. The tasting consists of diverse starters, entrees served with choice of rich or bachan, sides and desserts for just $39. The sake sommelier selection includes three 5oz. pours for an additional $15.
