Enjoy a four-course prix-fixe menu starting off with Roasted Chesnutt Soup with sage crème continued by Poached Pear & Fresh Mozzarella Salad with spice pecans and arugula. Chef Douglas then brings in a classic Slow Roasted Organic Turkey with all the fixings: chorizo corn bread, smoky mashed potatoes, Giblets gravy, cranberry mojo, roasted Brussels sprout and for dessert a choice of Pecan Pie with nutmeg ice cream or Pumpkin Ginger Crust Flan.
