New local menu items highlighted at four-course dinner October 21
For a late fall menu launch, celebrated chef Daniel Boulud and db Bistro Moderne Miami Chef Jason Pringle come together to highlight local purveyors. On Tuesday, October 21 local purveyors Swank Farm, Trigger Seafood, AAA Farms and Paradise Farm’s will be showcased in a four-course menu presented by both Daniel Boulud and Chef Jason Pringle. Daniel Johnnes, Wine Director for The Dinex Group, will select wine pairings that expertly complement the local fare. Daniel and Jason came together to work on the new dishes for the dinner and fall menu and celebrate Jason’s relationship with the South Florida community.
