In honor of the 13th annual Garlic Fest taking place this weekend on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, culinary maestro Angelo Elia and executive chef Rickie Piper will serve up an array of garlic-inspired specialties at D’Angelo Trattoria, the newest culinary outpost in the D’Angelo family of restaurants.
In addition to the expansive menu of traditional Roman cuisine, diners can enjoy a selection of specialty garlic infused dishes including; Grilled branzini with American broccoli and roasted garlic served with a white wine sauce; Scottadito rack of lamb with sweet garlic mashed potatoes and a garlic-rosemary Amarone sauce and a specialty wood-burning oven Pizza with roasted garlic, clams, Bufala mozzarella with chopped arugula.
Regular menu items will also be offered including signature dishes such as roasted veal bone marrow served with casareccio bread, parsley and caper pesto; bucatini de cecco with wild boar ragout and shaved-aged ricotta and a flavorful wood oven roasted milk-fed piglet marinated with fresh herbs, juniper berries and black pepper.
The restaurant offers complimentary valet and serves dinner nightly from Sunday - Thursday 5:30 p.m. - 11 p.m; Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. – midnight. D’Angelo Trattoria is located at 9 SE 7th Avenue in Delray Beach just off Atlantic Avenue. All major credit cards are accepted.
