American Harvest To Donate 10% Of Their Sales To Slow Food Miami

In Honor of Earth Day on Saturday, April 22, 2017

In celebration of Earth Day on Saturday April 22, 2017, American Harvest, the fast-casual dining destination by Grove Bay Hospitality Group located at Brickell City Centre, will be doing their part in providing a sustainable environment by donating 10% of the day’s sales to Slow Food Miami.

Slow Food Miami is the local, 100% volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to “planting a fresher future for our children,” by supporting local growers and artisan food makers who use sustainable methods to provide good, clean and fair food for all in the local community. Event proceeds from their annual Snail of Approval Awards go towards building Edible School & Community Gardens that encourage the enjoyment of local, seasonal and sustainably grown food.

Shoppers are encouraged to dine at American Harvest and contribute to the slow food movement at the same time. Delectable menu highlights include the Rotisserie Chicken Skillet – cage-free, all natural, hormone and antibiotic free chicken quarter with chimichurri vinaigrette served with roasted sweet potatoes, mushroom, bacon and scallions; Blue’s Steak Tacos – Myers all-natural, grass fed, free range steak, organic GMO-free blue corn tortillas, caramelized shallots, chimichurri vinaigrette, avocado and fresh cilantro; and Spicy Thai Salad – hydroponic butter lettuce cups, red grapes, baby heirloom tomatoes, edamame, fresh cilantro and shaved red onion drizzled with a spicy Thai vinaigrette.

American Harvest is located at 701 South Miami Avenue, Suite 340 in Miami’s Brickell City Centre. Open daily 11AM to 9:30PM.
